Our New Logo
The Silverwind logo was inspired by my beloved Andalusian, Bianca and my daughter, Samantha. Created by Anna Lukasik-Fisch, this design reflects a future with endless possibilities for our equestrian dreams.
The Barn
Our incredible Barn Pros custom wood barn is a masterpiece and the result of a long working relationship with Barn Pros and Classic Equine. The setting is ideal and we are looking forward to adding an arena and having our horses there in the future. The extensive landscaping was designed and laid out by Steve, who is never short on ideas. The gardens have been expanded, and no doubt we will enjoy some amazing Farm to Table meals this summer.
The Fun
It’s not just for horses….this farm is a mecca for fun. Play a round of pool then move on to the air hockey. There is something for everyone.
The Garden
Adjacent to the farm house is our fabulous fenced in garden with its large raised beds. Last summer everything proliferated. We had fabulous peas, squash of all shapes and sizes, fresh lettuces, corn, lemon cucumbers, strawberries, sorrel and so much more. Thank you Kristina for getting it off to such a great start. Everything comes from heirloom seeds and is organic. Now, one of my favorite summer rituals is to collect fresh produce from the garden each day for our meals. The salads are out of this world! The sweet red potatoes were unlike anything anyone had tasted before. Fresh from the garden is an experience that everyone should enjoy.
